No, I am not here to tell you I am all superior and a superwoman. Just here to share some simple strategies that helped me, as an entrepreneur and homeschooling mother. Starting my day with clarity, focus and peace helped curb my anxious tendencies and helped blow away the foggy haze I seemed to be hypnotized in. You’ll learn how to listen to your mind and body when it is time to take a break and give yourself space and permission to do so. Yes, I’ll motivate you to get started and to have discipline to stick with your goal(s), but I’ll also encourage you to listen to your body and rest. You do not need to give into hustle or urgency culture to succeed. You’ll end up much more productive if you allow yourself to just feel and be. And also know when it is time to get back at it. So we will build in space for this. For example, if we are looking at 100% of your time, we build in 10% for play and rest.

We understand that this is an ongoing process, so you will have lifetime access for all seasons of life.

Can I ask someone if I have any questions?

Yes! You will have access to a member from our team via our private messaging service, Voxer. We commit to answering your question within 12 hours so you don’t get too derailed from what you are working on. You’ll have access to Voxer for the first 12 weeks after signing up.

Are there any live sessions?

Yes! You’ll receive two 1:1 on hour coaching session, which you can book whenever you need but we do recommend one at beginning and one at the end. These are private one-on-one sessions with me to ensure that you are getting the most of out the self-paced course and to address any questions and provide support that you may need.
